Fulfillment and Refund Policy

At North Star Marketing, we’re dedicated to delivering the highest-value services and events. Please read our fulfillment and refund policy carefully so you understand how cancellations and refunds work for our services and events.
1. Fulfillment Policy
Services: We provide digital marketing, branding, and consulting services according to the terms in our Statements of Work (SOW). For us to deliver the best results, we need your timely cooperation and feedback.
Event Registrations: When you sign up for an event, like our Enrollment Marketing Geeks or Geeks on the Road workshops, we’ll confirm your registration once we receive payment. We’ll keep you updated with all the event details by email.
2. Refund and Cancellation Policy
- Services
- No Refunds: Payments for our services are non-refundable once we start working on your project. This includes digital marketing, website development, and consulting services.
- Cancellation: If you need to cancel our services, please give us 90 days’ written notice. You’re still responsible for any payments due during this period. Services will continue until the end of the notice period. Please see the “Ending the Agreement” section in your Client Services Agreement for more details.
- Geeks on the Road Events and Workshops
- 100% Refund: We offer a full refund if you cancel your registration. This applies to all our Enrollment Marketing Geeks, Geeks on the Road events, and workshops. You can also choose to transfer your registration to another team member or a future event, if there’s space available.
- Event Cancellations: If we need to cancel an event, we’ll give you a full refund or the option to transfer your registration to another event.
3. Payment Disputes
If you have any issues with your payment, please let us know in writing within 30 days of the invoice date. We’ll look into it and get back to you within 10 business days.
